2. About Bohemian Concerts
Bohemian Concerts is an online ticketing platform specializing in the sale of tickets for classical music concerts, chamber concerts, opera, ballet, jazz concerts and other cultural events held in Prague, Czech Republic.
Our website allows customers to browse available events, purchase tickets online and receive electronic tickets by email.
3. Role of Bohemian Concerts
Bohemian Concerts provides ticket sales and event-related services for cultural events, concerts and performances.
Depending on the specific event, Bohemian Concerts may act in different capacities:
- Ticket seller and intermediary
For many events, Bohemian Concerts acts as a ticket seller and intermediary between customers and independent event organizers.
In such cases, Bohemian Concerts provides the online ticketing platform, processes ticket orders, receives payments, delivers electronic tickets and provides customer support related to ticket purchases.
The organization, artistic content, performers, technical realization and operation of the event remain the responsibility of the respective event organizer.
- Event organizer
For selected private events, group bookings, corporate events or specially arranged concerts, Bohemian Concerts may act directly as the organizer of the event.
In such cases, Bohemian Concerts is responsible for the organization and delivery of the agreed services according to the specific agreement with the customer.
The applicable information about the organizer and service provider is provided before the purchase or booking is completed.
4. Ordering Tickets
Customers may purchase tickets directly through the Bohemian Concerts website by selecting an event, choosing ticket categories and quantities, adding tickets to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process.
All orders become binding upon successful completion of payment.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information during the purchase process.
5. Prices
All ticket prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law unless stated otherwise.
Prices shown on the website at the time of purchase are final.
The event organizer reserves the right to change ticket prices before purchase. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.
6. Payment Methods

Depending on the available payment option, payments may be processed through payment gateways including ComGate Payments, a.s. and Stripe Payments.
Customers may pay using supported payment methods, including major payment cards such as Visa and Mastercard.

Bohemian Concerts does not collect, process or store customers’ payment card numbers, CVV codes or other sensitive payment credentials.

Customers should either print their electronic ticket or present it on their mobile device when entering the venue.
A valid ticket is required for admission.
Admission usually begins approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled performance unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.
Customers must comply with all rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the event organizer and venue staff.
9. Event Changes
Programs, performers, schedules and venues may occasionally change due to operational or artistic reasons.
Such changes do not automatically entitle customers to a refund unless otherwise decided by the event organizer or required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to check the latest event information on our website before attending the performance.
10. Cancellation, Refunds and Ticket Changes
Tickets purchased through Bohemian Concerts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, approved by the event organizer, or required by applicable law.
Customers who are unable to attend an event for personal reasons are not entitled to a refund, exchange or compensation.
If a customer informs Bohemian Concerts as soon as possible before the event that they are unable to attend, we may contact the event organizer on the customer’s behalf and request a possible solution, such as a date change or voucher for a future performance.
Any such solution is provided only at the discretion of the event organizer and is not guaranteed.
In case of cancellation of an event by the organizer, customers will be informed and the applicable refund or replacement options will be provided according to the circumstances of the cancellation.
Approved refunds are normally issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
Refunds cover only the ticket price. Bohemian Concerts is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers, including transportation, accommodation, travel expenses or other related costs.
In cases of force majeure or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Bohemian Concerts or the event organizer, including natural disasters, government restrictions, war, epidemics or similar events, customers may be offered alternative solutions, such as a replacement date or voucher, according to the decision of the event organizer.
11. Intellectual Property
All content published on the Bohemian Concerts website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, icons and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Commercial use, reproduction, distribution or modification of any website content without prior written permission is prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
Bohemian Concerts is responsible for operating the online ticketing platform and providing ticket sales services.
Bohemian Concerts is not responsible for the artistic quality, program content, performers or organization of events, which remain the responsibility of the respective event organizer.
Bohemian Concerts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from attendance at an event.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
