Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations and changes may apply to tickets purchased through the Bohemian Concerts website.
By purchasing a ticket through Bohemian Concerts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the conditions described below.
1. General Refund Policy
Tickets purchased through Bohemian Concerts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise stated in this Refund and Returns Policy, the Terms and Conditions, approved by the event organizer, or required by applicable law.
Due to the nature of ticket sales for scheduled events, customers generally do not have the right to cancel their purchase after the ticket order has been completed.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
If a customer is unable to attend an event due to personal reasons, including illness, travel changes, incorrect planning or any other personal circumstances, the ticket price is not refundable.
Customers are responsible for checking the event date, time, venue and ticket details before completing the purchase.
Unused tickets do not qualify for a refund or compensation.
3. Request for Assistance Before the Event
If a customer informs Bohemian Concerts as soon as possible before the event that they are unable to attend, Bohemian Concerts may contact the event organizer on the customer’s behalf and request a possible solution.
Depending on the decision of the event organizer, possible solutions may include:
- changing the date of attendance;
- providing a voucher for a future performance;
- another alternative solution offered by the organizer.
Any such solution is provided only at the discretion of the event organizer and is not guaranteed.
4. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the event organizer and no replacement performance is provided, customers may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
In such cases, customers will be informed about the available refund procedure.
Refunds cover only the ticket price paid through Bohemian Concerts.
Bohemian Concerts does not reimburse additional expenses, including but not limited to:
- transportation costs;
- accommodation costs;
- travel expenses;
- other related expenses.
5. Event Changes
Changes to an event, including changes of performers, program, schedule or venue, do not automatically create a right to a refund.
If the event organizer determines that a change significantly affects the nature of the event, the organizer may provide customers with an appropriate solution according to the circumstances.
6. Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Bohemian Concerts or the event organizer, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, war, epidemics, public emergencies or other force majeure events, refunds may not always be available.
In such cases, customers may be offered alternative solutions, such as:
- a replacement date;
- a voucher for a future performance;
- another solution determined by the event organizer.
7. Duplicate Payments and Technical Issues
If a customer has been charged more than once due to a technical error or duplicate payment, the additional payment amount will be refunded after verification.

8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The processing time may depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
Bohemian Concerts is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers or third-party financial institutions.

Each request will be reviewed according to these conditions and, where applicable, in cooperation with the event organizer.
