Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are my ticket purchases secure?
Yes. Bohemian Concerts sells official tickets provided by verified concert organizers and venues in Prague. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and your personal data is protected in accordance with strict privacy standards.
Can I order different ticket categories in one order (standard, student, senior)?
Yes. You can add tickets of different categories to your cart during the booking process. Simply select the desired category for each ticket before completing your order.
Where will I be seated during the concert?
For concerts with assigned seating, you will receive the best available seats in your chosen category, and your group will always be seated together.
For free seating concerts, seats are chosen at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to secure preferred seating.
Are discounted tickets available for children, students, seniors, or groups?
Discounts depend on the specific event and organizer.
- Student and senior discounts are displayed directly on the concert page if available.
- Group discounts may be offered for groups of 10 or more — please contact us (info@bohemianconcerts.com) for an individual offer.
Organizers may request valid ID at the venue to verify eligibility for discounted tickets.
Can I book tickets without using a credit or debit card?
Yes. If you prefer not to pay online, you can contact us by email info@bohemianconcerts.com and arrange payment via bank transfer. Tickets will be sent once the payment is received.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged only after your booking is confirmed and your e‑Ticket is issued.
In rare cases where confirmation is delayed, the payment remains on hold until the ticket is delivered or the hold expires automatically.
Are there any additional fees?
No. The ticket price shown on Bohemian Concerts is final.
There are no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout or at the venue.
How can I check the status of a refund?
If you have questions regarding a refund, please contact us (info@bohemianconcerts.com). We will verify the status directly with our payment provider and accounting team.

What if the concert date or time changes?
If the change does not suit you, please contact us to request a refund.
Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the concert?
Refunds are generally not possible if you are unable to attend.
Refunds are issued only if the event is canceled or significantly changed by the organizer.

Some concerts allow small children to attend for free.
This information is always stated on the concert page. In some cases, children may sit on a parent’s lap.
What does free seating mean?
Free seating means seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Where is the best place to sit?
For classical concerts, seats near the center of the hall or church usually offer the best acoustics.

When should I arrive at the venue?
- Free seating concerts: arrive 30 minutes early
- Reserved seating concerts: 15–30 minutes is sufficient
Most venues open approximately 20-30 minutes before the concert.
